  • Product Description
  • Overview

The JP integrated power distribution box is a new type of integrated control box that integrates power distribution, metering, protection, control, and reactive power compensation. It is used in substations, factories, industrial and mining enterprises, large power plants, petroleum and chemical enterprises, large steel plants, high-rise building power centers, reactive power compensation, metering, and power distribution.

The JP low-voltage integrated power distribution box should comply with IEC439-1 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear", GB7251.12-2013 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear Part 2: Assemblies of power switches and controlgear", and GB/T15576-2008 "Low-voltage complete sets of reactive power compensation devices".

The power distribution transformer integrated distribution cabinet, referred to as the JP cabinet, has been widely used in rural power lines and various distribution substations with the continuous advancement of rural power grid renovation. The JP cabinet is designed to meet the requirements of standardization, miniaturization, and outdoor use of rural low-voltage power distribution devices. It integrates power distribution, metering, protection (overload, short circuit, leakage, snow protection), and capacitive reactive power compensation.

    Main Technical Parameters

Enclosure Protection Level IP44 Rated operating voltage Ur (V) 380V
Rated frequency fr (Hz) 50Hz Rated insulation voltage Ui (V) 660V
Auxiliary circuit insulation voltage Ui (V) 500V Rated impulse withstand voltage Uimp (kV) 6kV
Compensation capacity 165 kvar Dynamic response time ≤1S
Rated current of the complete set of equipment (InA) 630A
