    The ZW32 type outdoor column vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor high-voltage power distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 12KV and three-phase AC 50HZ. It is mainly used for breaking and closing load current, overload current, and short-circuit current in power systems. It is suitable for protection and control in power distribution systems of substations and industrial and mining enterprises, and is even more suitable for urban and rural power grid construction, renovation, and places with frequent operations.

    Environmental conditions for use

    1. Altitude: ≤2000M and below;

    2. Ambient air temperature: upper limit +30℃, lower limit -40°C;
    3. Wind pressure not exceeding 700PA (equivalent to wind speed 34M/S);

    4. Amplitude: No constant severe vibration.

    Structural features

    1. The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pillar structure, featuring stable and reliable breaking performance, no risk of combustion or explosion, maintenance-free, small size, light weight, and long service life.

    2. The circuit breaker adopts a fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which helps to improve moisture-proof and anti-condensation performance, especially suitable for use in severe cold or humid areas.

    3. The three-phase pillars and current transformers adopt imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or indoor epoxy resin externally coated with silicone rubber solid insulation; they feature resistance to high and low temperatures, UV radiation, and aging.

    4. The operating mechanism adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, with low energy storage motor power and low switching on/off energy consumption; the mechanism transmission uses a true motion transmission method, with a small number of parts and high reliability. The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed mechanism box, which solves the problem of operating mechanism corrosion and improves the reliability of the mechanism.

    5. The circuit breaker's opening and closing operations can be performed manually, electrically, or by remote control. It can be paired with an intelligent controller to achieve distribution automation, or combined with a reclosing controller to form an automatic recloser or sectionalizer.

    6. The circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformers for overcurrent or short-circuit protection, and can also provide current acquisition signals to the intelligent controller; current transformers for metering can be added according to user requirements.

    7. The circuit breaker can be equipped with an external three-phase linked disconnector, which has clearly visible breaking points in the open position and features an anti-misoperation interlocking device with the circuit breaker body. The circuit breaker can only be operated when the isolating knife is fully closed or fully open. It can be connected with lightning arrester pillar insulators for convenient maintenance.
