  • Product Description
  • Overview

The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed and developed by a joint design team of two departments in accordance with the requirements of industry regulatory authorities, a large number of electricity users, and design units. It conforms to national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, meets the needs of the development of the electricity market, and can compete with existing imported products. This device is now widely used by electricity users.

The device is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, prevention and control, and high-rise buildings. In large power plants and petrochemical systems with a high degree of automation and requiring computer interfaces, it is used as a low-voltage complete set of power distribution equipment for power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50(60)HZ, a rated operating voltage of 380(400, 660), and a rated current of 4000A or less, for power distribution, motor centralized control, and reactive power compensation. The basic organizational structure of the device is shown in Appendix 1.

The design of the device conforms to the following standards:

IEC439-1 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies

GB7251 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies

    ZBK36001 Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear assemblies

    Environmental Conditions of Use

The ambient air temperature should not exceed +40℃ and should not be lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35℃. If exceeded, derating operation should be performed according to the actual situation.

Indoor use, the altitude of the place of use should not exceed 2000m

The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20℃. The influence of occasional condensation due to temperature changes should be considered.

When the device is installed, the inclination to the vertical plane should not exceed 5%, and the entire group of cabinets should be relatively flat (in accordance with GB23282 standard)

The device should be installed in a place without violent vibration or impact, and where the electrical components will not be subjected to undue corrosion.

If the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to resolve them.
