Overview
The KYN28-12(GZS112Z) type armored, center-mounted, metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) can replace various older types of metal-enclosed switchgear, such as the KYN1-10, JYN2-10, and GBC-10 series products. This product has the following significant advantages:
1.1 The exterior of this product is completely formed by multiple foldings of aluminum-zinc coated steel plate processed by a CNC machine and then assembled with bolts. It has high mechanical strength, effectively ensuring the product's sturdiness and aesthetics. The cabinet door uses spray-coated plastic, which has strong impact resistance and corrosion resistance. The product exterior has an IP4X protection level.1.2 The main switch of this product can be configured with ABB's VD4 type vacuum circuit breaker, C3 series fixed load switch, and various domestic series vacuum circuit breakers (such as VS1, VH1, VK, ZV28) to replace similar foreign products.
1.3 Regardless of the type of circuit breaker selected, the air insulation distance of the bare conductor can be guaranteed to be greater than 125mm, and the composite insulation is greater than 60mm. The circuit breakers all have the unique advantages of long life, high parameters, low maintenance, and small size.
The KYN28-12(GZS1-12Z) type armored, center-mounted, metal-enclosed switchgear is suitable for 3.6-12kV three-phase AC 50Hz power grids, used for receiving and distributing electrical energy and controlling, monitoring, and protecting circuits. It can be used in single-busbar, single-busbar sectionalized systems, or double-busbar systems. The switchgear conforms to IEC298 "AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear above 1kV and up to 52kV", IEC694 "High-voltage switchgear and controlgear - Common rules", China's GB3906 "3-36kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear", and DL404 "Indoor AC high-voltage switchgear ordering conditions", and German DIN.VDE0670 "AC switchgear above 1kV" standards. It also has complete and reliable misoperation prevention functions.Operating Environment Conditions
Ambient air temperature: Upper limit +40℃, Lower limit -10℃
Relative humidity: Daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%.
Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees;No fire, explosion hazard, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, or severe vibration.
When the operating conditions exceed the above range, the allowable range and technical measures should be determined by the user in consultation with our company.
